Paint clear coat?

Hello All

Its that time of year when i try new patterns and techniques regarding fly tying. This year its painting. Particularly those fish skulls i just bought. I want to try a few colors they dont have. White, speciffically. Maybe a popper or two also. I need a good top coat for the heads. Any suggestions or recomendations? Looking for something simple easy.
Thanks and Tight Lines

Sally Hansens' Hard as Nails , usually called SHAN (Just in case you didn't know what that meant). Don't get the vinyl crap, get the original. Some nailpolish remover and a smaller brush than  the applicator inside the bottle does a much neater job and can be used on smaller flies. I've used  it to coat heads on salt clousers and to coat popper bodies like Crease flies and Wiggle Minnows.
