I check the lake on a regular bases hoping for ice and I have seen very little fishing activity. I will snoop around for you and see what I can find out.

A friend of mine and I were there yesterday fighting the wind and snow in some of the places that had open water were we've done well before but only ended up with me catching 2 7" perch losing about a 38" musky as I reached for it and my friend caught one really little crappie and somehow managed to snag a sucker. All out of the Outflow at the dam.

I talked to a buddy today that said a couple of guys were at the Sheaklyville bridge catching a good number of fish but nothing real big. I fished on the ice for the first time this year at Wilhelm. I found a small area of ice that was 4 inches and i caught about 50 from 3 to 630. the biggest crappie was 12 but almost all were less than 10. I will be on the ice in the morning.
