1994 40HP MERC TWO STROKE, LONG SHAFT ,tiller ,POWER TRIM ,4 CYLINDER (GOOD TROLLER ) ELECTRIC START .PROP,  WELL MAINTAINED,  MOTOR IN PITTSBURGH AREA

    is the motor a Tiller or does it hook up to a console with controls?
