ymatuning outflow

Was wandering if anyone has fished the out flow lately.

    tailrace is flowing fast may have to wait a few days heavy rains and complete snow run off will check condition in a few days

    A friend of mine said he caught a few walleyes below the bridge, but not to many. He said, you have to use heavy weights to keep it on the bottom.
