Just for Chits & Giggles

I dunno about you, but I love to watch the NFL playoffs, so

let's procrastinate some NFL football:

What 2 teams will appear in Super Bowl?

Who will win it?

NE+GB=GB    Not  to say  NE will score zero, but I think it's Rogers year. I would like to see the Giants and Broncos advance- that ain't gonna happen, I'm afraid. Much as I dislike the media frenzy over Tebow, I admire him for the enormous amount of time and money  he spends working with kids. He's the real deal as far as a decent human being goes. I'd rather have a kid use him as a role model than one of the gambling, drinking,  drugging, whoring, lying, POS, that I modeled myself after.

Hey Metal- RIGHT ON w/the Raiders. Knew I liked you for a reason. Al Davis was great until he screwed up Marcus Allen's career. In the coming years they will return to their past nasty glory.

    LMAO Fichy !!

Pete - Raiders? Marcus Allen had amazing talent. For example, he ran rough-shot through OJ's blonde trophy wife, and lived to walk another day...

Not as bad as when Sonny Jurgenson left the Eagles because his mortgage was overdue, his checking account was overdrawn and his girlfriend was overdue.
I say it will be Packers over Ravens 34-20.

Pete & Metal, Right on with the Silver & Black !! Those were the days, Allen was amaing ( I have his rookie card ) Lester Hayes (sp ?) , king of stick-umm :) Crazy to see a football stuck to a helmet...lol..

    so as the Bowl turns..
I'd sure like to see San Fran back again.. They went from a dynasty to the toilet.. Nice to see them back..

My match up would be 49'ers VS Ravens

    Eagles , yea ok...

There were some old school hits in that San Fran game. Their D looks very serious.
    Great game to watch.

WOW !!! Another one bites the dust..

Now if you been here awhile you know I bled true BLUE basically my whole life.. Dad took me to the 50 yard line against the wall in 1980 where I held a bed sheet saying Phil Simms ROCKS !!
I knew them all , met a few.. Even OJ Simpson & OJ Anderson..

Great to see them in full stride & kick GB's azz !!

    Still , I say SF & Baltimore in 2012.

Eli looked Good - glad that he walked all over Mr Roger's neighborhood.

I bet San Fran is happy they get to stay home next week instead of traveling to Lambeau.

SF  may not be as happy at the end of the game. G-Men even beat the Zebras.  I lost faith mid-season. I'm impressed at the focus.
they have a legitamate shot at anybody if they stay at this level.

O well my pick went down in defeat, but it was n't Rogers fault as his receivers dropped many they should of caught. If I was GB's management I would be shopping for some safties and corners, maybe a whole new defense.Congrats to the Giants and Eli,they played a great game.
Now I'll have to pisk NE,it looks like they're on top of their game.

Raiders with Darryl (the mad bomber)Lamonicaagaint the Jets with Joe Nameth in the old AFL days were some of the best high scoring games ever and you could touch a receiver and hit the QB back then.

Fichy you couldn't be more right on the zebras.
They gifted the Pack 14 points they shouldn't have scored.

The Ravens' kicker tried to hang himself in the locker room after the game but he couldn't kick the chair out.

I don't know who feels worse - the Raven's (ex) kicker, or the 49er rookie that fumbled the punt.

I really enjoyed watching San Fran through the playoffs. They have quite a team and make the game exciting to watch with Old School Style Hits.
