access in oswego

has anyone been fishing in oswego? can you still get in to the lock?

    There is public parking on the west side.   A word of caution though the river is running at around 12k for the last week or so and that is alot of water.   Heed the warning sirens.  That place can get ugly fast.

    No problem if you go post up.   The last 2 times I went they blew the siren 10 minutes after I got there and there was too much water for me
