PA Steelheadin'

Evening, Where is the best safe place to go steelheadin through the ice? I will defiantly be trying it this year but I don't plan on going in a running creek to do it.. I know that Walnut boat launch area would be a good place to start.. What other creeks usually are froze over pretty good? Which one is your favorite to ice fish? Ed
