loyalhanna creek

Anybody been fishing it lately? I'm thinkin it might be kinda high right now. I'm gonna do some fishing tomorrow can't decide if I should hit the creek or just go to mammoth or twin lakes.

    I'm sure its blown out by now. Lakes would probably be better. I live near Ohio Plyle and everything is blown out. Even Bear Run and Mill Run are screaming.

    Thanks, that's what I was thinkin. I was just hoping to whack a few more smallies before it gets too too cold. I think that ship may have sailed.

    I did ok down from the Falls at Ohio Pyle. But that was before all this rain.
    Even found a small walleye too.

    most of the time, small "runs" always blow out first, clear up fast and stay high while larger streams are blown, and come down the quickest.  I fish in your area quite a lot.  Must be nice living so close to prime fishing; just keep the egg sacks in erie butt.

    Ended up fishing twin lakes for a few hours, caught a few rainbows and one lm. Might hit mammoth for a bit tomorrow

    Yes it is nice living this close to good fish and you can bet i wont make that mistake again... Felt pretty stupid about that. Just didnt know.
