HO YEAH

Fished a Lake Michigan river, The Little Manistee
Here is a nice Coho caught by a buddy.
Some steel
Both were caught on these

This one being the average size on the Little

And fight 2nd to none

    Is it correct that nobody stocks kings or hos in Lake Michigan any more, and that these are all naturally producing fish?  One thing is for certain--they sure a purty.

    Nice. I have an old friend who lives in walking distance to that river. Haven't been there for 12 years. I probably need to remedy that.

    That looks like the fly that produced for me on new yorks tribs at the beginning of the month only my hot color was pink. I am also usually too lazy to tie in the tail.

    The Coho's are mainly hatchery fish however they are naturally reproducing in unknown numbers. The Steelheadhead and Salmon are wild naturally reproduced. Having said that, we occassionally get some fin clipped Steel which must have come over from Wisconsin
