Anyone Know What Happened to Joe Baker Guide
I've seen fish reports that Joe Baker posted a couple weeks ago, now I can no longer get his website to come up. Also I see that he is no longer listed on the Guides page for FishErie.

He is still around ran into him a couple times last month. He caught a lot of crap from the guys on the board. My experience from talking with him on the stream was that he is a stand up guy.I think he has a baby on the way or just born. He opened my eyes to a new concept of technique and I plan on giving it a shot someday when the conditions are right.

Just had twins guys. Very limited guiding this fall. Mostly fished myself until my boys were born Nov 1st. Great season until then. My boys and momma are healthy and fishing will just have to wait a bit! Thanks for asking.

Wow, 7 1/2 lbs each. My twins started out about 2 1/2 lbs each. They are now 17, boy is 6'4" 180 lbs! Start stocking up on the diapers now! I figure we contributed about 2 feet to elevation of the local landfill just in their diapers!

Congrats Joe! Sam's Club / Costco pays for the membership alone in diaper costs for one in diapers at a time. Do your best on finding time to fish. The fish will be there in a few years. Leaving the wife at home to fend for them both is something that you will want to really evaluate before doing very often. You'll definitely need some alone time, but remember that she does too... I'm still about 10% of the fishing that I did 5 years ago, and well exceed the wife's alone time. Not sure how it worked out for one of our fellow board members, but going steelhead fishing with wife and new born waiting in the car, sounded like one of the worst ideas of all time. Somehow, others on this site, thought it sounded like a good idea...

Thanks to all for the well wishes. Its tiring and hard work so far but I wouldn't trade it for any fishing anywhere. Having 1 or both my boys in my arms beats any fish I've ever picked up! Anyone know of any diaper changing tournaments around? Might be a good fishing replacement ...

After six solid years, I am happy to report that we are now done with diapers. At least with twins you are done in half the time.
