fish passage, 4 mile
Anybody know if any fish have come up the new fish passage on 4 mile? Just askin'

dont know if its in operation yet with all this RAIN you would have to expekt a push up that is if any survive the lower pools and fisherman tough life for the stekheds hopethishelpa

No it still isn't. Fish are waiting at the bottom of the first fish ladder, as they have detoured the water from the ladder to the bypass chute.

No, I ran into a fish cop and asked him about it and he wasn't sure when it would be in operation. Something about they had to clean out the flues before they could open it up.

Last weekend there wasn't a single fish above that first waterfall just upstream from the lake. That one isn't exactly an easy obstuction for them to clear either.

Landed 9 and with the fast water lost at least 7.

Seen a couple at twenty, but probably 20 to 1 ratio as far as fisherman to fish ratio

They opened the ladder two weeks ago during heavy rain 3 fish made it up. Today the ladder is supposed to open lets hope some rain follows
