Indian Creek/ Luarel Hill Creek
Went up to Indian creek on Sunday to do some fly fishing. We got there around 10, my friend found out he had a leaky wader, so we had to drive all the way to Mt Pleasant's Walmart to grab a cheap pair of waders for him to use. So we are on our way back when, we decided to have a look at Laurel Hill creek, never fished it but I've heard good things. We got there did some walking and looking, not to much fishing, just wanted to see what it all looked like for fishing trips in the future. Fished for about an hour or so there with one fish brought to hand, it was around 15 to 16 inches, it put up a good fight. Headed back to Indian creek where we had a terrible time, I think I snagged the same tree 20 times, then realized I left my fly box at Laurel Hill. So we made the 20 minute trip back to get my fly box. While I searched for my fly box my friend caught one. We left soon after to go back to Indian creek. Earlier during the day I found a fly in a tree and decided to try it. I caught 2 on it and lost another 3 or 4 and my friend caught 1. Around 5:30 we called it quits and headed home, the day was full of aggravation and laughter. Seems like when someone else is getting ticked of, its always funny to you. Got some pictures, Ill put them up when I get them of my friend.

It was a nice weekend to get out. Apparently, it was a weekend for leaving flies behind, too. Good to hear about guys getting out and trying new waters; glad you had a good time.

It wasn't that warm in the morning, and trust me the water was very cold, I may have stumbled a bit in the creek, and might have gotten my whole arm wet..

Don't you two boys go to school anymore? Between your hunting and fishing I wonder if you have time for school.

Wally, I'm not sure if I'm always mentally in school, usually thinking about fishing or hunting, but I'm always physically there ORIGINAL: mr.crappie "I believe that last picture the fish shot some eggs down my waders and that's why I was laughing so hard" Lucky it wasn't a male. lol sam And i cant argue with that, either way it would have been pretty funny
