Haha. So, it no longer fits a Tacoma?

By the way, I have chrome step ups on my Tacoma. They are free to anyone who wants them. All they do is get my pants muddy...

    Bulldog,

The Tacoma that cap came off of, pulled 3800#'s of Bayliner to Point Breeze & back with no problems. And that's with me, and a pre-downsizing Stillhead in the cab doing 85mph much of the way.

I did all I could to kill that truck. It can't be done.

I know they're decent "little" trucks, I've been looking for a used cap to fit my "slightly larger" truck for a while. It seems that there are a lot more for the small trucks than full size on the used market. I did have one for my old F-350 that I ended up giving away... Little brother has a tacoma, I'll see if he's interested...

I love my Tacoma, as well. Toyota just spent $11,200 in parts putting a new frame in it. My total cost = $0. 160,000 miles on the motor. As soon as the gas engine goes, in goes the diesel...

You can rip on them yotas all you want,Ive had a tacoma for 5 years and towed my boat with it had 168,000 on it and it was a 4 banger. When i traded it on a new Toyota FJ cruiser it still had original everything including brakes!!!!!!They also gave me 11000 on trade for it!!!!Thr fj was even better indestrucable vechicles!!!!!!!! Again many miles of towing without the slightest problem. Wife had a corolla I thought would out live me!!! All in all 3 yotas for about 15 years and not one again not one repair!!!!!!! and if my senses are correct none of those vechicles were owned by the government or us taxpayers!!!!
