Late Oct. early Nov. Smallmouth

Coming up the first weekend in November and wondering if the smallies should still be in there October locations? Any help would be great. How long do they hang around in the shallower water ( 15 to 25 feet ) ? Thanks and God Bless,Hock

Smallmouth fishing has been hot they are pretty shallow around the lake front fish 8-12 feet anywhere there is rock structure not too many numbers but size is great this year with most in the 3-5 range. Try bright jerkbaits and tubes

Trolled for and caught a bunch of smallies on 10/10. They were in 30' between the cribs and shades and hungry. Did not hook any shallower than that.

Hock if you fish the eastside from a boat this time of year it is a total mixed bag. I have caught steelhead walleye and lake trout while targeting smallmouth in late oct / early nov. Reef runner deep little rippers will catch all of the above.
