Canonsburg Lake Question

Are there any streams that flow into Canonsburg Lake that have some decent fishing?

What's the best way to get to the streams?

Little Chartiers/Linden creek flows into Canonsburg. It is stocked with trout, but I cant attest to the year round fishing quality. I have only fished it once for stocked trout and the stream structure wasnt terrible. It isnt a mingo or some crap stream like that. With that in mind, I wouldnt be surprised if it had populations of panfish or smaller smallmouth. The stream is mostly 10' across, so its not immense.

Yeah. I was fishing below the dam today. Got 5 decent bass on a super fluke. Some giant bluegill also can be caught below the dam.

There are some really nice bass at the dam but you have to work for them. There also is plenty of carp and catfish, mostly caight on chickenliver and doughball. If your lucky you might hook into a few of the muskies down there

If you're lookin for trout head upstream - between 519 and the mount lebanon sportsman club always have good luck. Lots of carp and creek chub to play with if the bow's aint bitin. Seen a few hog bass pulled out beneath the dam waterfall. Everything from carp and cats to turtles and goldfish.Take a kayak downstream see what happens
