Here's some good reading for you. Not Raystown specific by any means, but likely give you a few tips. Especially when the tactics that you are used to aren't producing.

Trophy Stripers & Hybrids: Innovative Tactics and Techniques for Catching Freshwater Stripers & Hybrids [Paperback]
Steve Baker (Author), Neil Ward (Author)

Do a search around, Amazon is insane with the price on it. I think that I picked up for $15 somewhere. It has helped me a bit on Arthur, but is definitely more focused on the purebreds.

I fished Raystown once, while in the area for work. It was one of those, stop by for an hour or two and cast around. I haven't actually put in any time or effort there.

Arthur, I have fished since I was a kid. Depending on time of year, and what else I have going on, is how much I fish it. With two youngsters, my fishing time isn't nearly as much as it was prior, when I'd make it out 2-3 times per week when the bite was hot. I also chased the wipers in the rivers a lot back then too, but pretty much gave that up for the time being. I moved my boat to a storage near the lake about 3 years ago, so it gets the majority of my non-work trip related fishing...
