Fish are jumping over the blocked mouth at 4 mile it don't stop them.  Trust me I seen.  They use it like ramp to shoot up into creek.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you park on the road at the entrance to Camp Glinodo, across from the monastery. Walk down the road to the creek, follow the creek down to the mouth. Make a left at the mouth, but stay below the high water mark on the beach, walk straight for 2.5 miles, past the next creek which will be six mile, which is private. The next creek will be 4 mile. But stay on the beach until you get to the west side of the creek. The public is not welcome on the east side, which is leased by the fishing club. You can then fish the east side of the creek all the way up to within 100 yards of the dam. This will give you approximately 200 yards to fish. Well, really 50 yards. The fish rarely go past the first falls. See, it's not that hard, is it?
