Drake is OK!

Finally heard from Drake,he is OK but relatives got hit with flood and he is helping them.

    I'm not buying the flood story.
    I think hes been threading the needle, bowling perfect 300 games.
    That is why the coho aren't making it upriver.

    I posted up yesterday to show I was alive.

    Unfortunatey, the flood story is true. Thankfully my immediate family was not affected, but other relatives were. Google up Duryea & West Pittston,Pa to see the horrific images of second story flood damages if you are interested.

    Wader - no threading of the needle for me for awhile. I'm sitting mudshark season out and will wait till the snow flies to try and entice steelhead. I'll chase local troots until then.

    on a related note - I was cruising Al Gore's interwebs a bit yesterday to catch up on SR news....

    quick summary:

    1) HT & Fichy of FishUSA Scored Nicely - and looked very cool doing so,
    2) Da Boyz at Myfishfinder put a knock-down whoopin on the Staircase Climbin Hoes and had an old-school style pic to prove it,
    3) Da Nitwits at SC are proposing to use long distance cameras and FBI facial recognition software to bust mudshark snaggers. I think I broke a friggin rib laughing as I read that thread. I suggest they set up at the eye of the needle and bust their very own grand master since that is his favorite RIPPIN spot - bbbwwwwaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    DB - I hope you had at least a few folks to show up at your campfire. Your invite was very gracious.
    Looking forward to any pics you may have to share.
