New to Tying Flys

Would like to know what is the best fly to use for Steelhead I am going up in 3 weeks and need to make some flys

    Where will you be fishing? A few flies for your arsenal should contain Wooly Buggers (white, olive, brown,black), eggs (12's and 14's) in white,pink, light blue,creme delight,chartruese, trangerine. Sucker spawn and crystal meth(in same colors). That should get you started

    I recently did up a few tutorials on tying sucker spawn, glo bug eggs and scrambled eggs. These are generally the first flies I tie on in the fall but buggers are also good.
