Kind of delayed response here... UF, we've talked on the SR forum, I'm from Cambridge. The B'kill retained most of its fish and has an added load of brookies that were flushed down from the Roaring Branch. Biologists did some shocking surveys to see what was occuring. I haven't gone (too busy planning trips and going after steel) , but heard some decent late season reports. Barring more historical crap next spring, it should be OK. Send me a pm if you ever want to go. I've fished it a long time. The end of the smallmouth season in your town has been dismal. River's been too high and cold. Some of the other rivers around me like the Mettowee and the Walloomsac didn't fare as well as the Battenkill.

Hey fichy, we may have to hook up some time. Just bought a log cabin in Salem.

Tuna mentioned that to me. Absolutely,  I know alot of good water. Sorry for the delayed response, I kinda stick to the SR forum, as I suffer from severe steel addiction. I'll check back, or send me a PM anytime.
