9-16 report

Fished from ballpark down to staircase from first light to about 3:30, saw some fish, hooked one that ended as fast as it started. No large numbers, it was SLOW at best. Dsr reports didn't pan out in the freebie areas so if you read those today from your office and wished you were there, well you didn't miss much. There a decent amount in the estuary and alot out in front of the river, so we're only talking days here now they should push hard soon

Stress is just one hookset away from being gone.

    Thanks for the update.
    You say you had some fish going by you at least.

    Fished mid river, saw one fish. My buddy I was fishing with checked the dsr report on his phone so we headed down river, went by the dsr lot their bogus reports have been working great as there were 100 cars in the lot easy. We went to black hole parking lot, that had 25 cars in it we watched for an hour never saw a fish on, went to high bridge watched from up top glassing the top of the staircase not a fish went by. Stopped at all-seasons so I could buy some kwik-fish and all the reports coming in were same slow to no fish. Went to the lower fly zone before heading home, 3 people in the bridge hole walked up to church pool 3 more, no fish in the area did not see a bent rod all day, home by noon.

    Yea your right there, spent the day washing the drift boat and getting it ready. Im thinking an estuary run, I know I can find some fish there.
