Couple pics from today

Hit up the river for a few hous this morning in the rain.
Could only manage 1 Smallie and 1 Brownie..

Reddington waders SUCK, fixed the first leak, found 3 more wet spots today. Only had them 3 months, Back in the box....

This guy flew right up the river, circled over my head, and dropped down to treetop height before he dumped whatever he was spraying. They got me in Oil Creek last year. What's up with that?

Smallie smacked a hopper first thing this morning.

This little buck was walking along the river just ahead of a fisherman. He went right up the trail to the parking lot.

Lovin' it, Bings! That's a nice brownie you got there.

They were dropping ice cubes to get the temps "stable."

I gotta get back up there!

Your photo is missing a microbrew and/or a cigar.  That is a violation of UFA rules.  Please correct the situation.

    BTW, nice fish.

Nice Brown, as for the waders, i have a pair of sonic pro zip front redingtons, and i love them, no problems thus far (had them for 6 months)

Should have said this pair of Redingtons sucked.
I doubt all their products are bad.

These were Redington Wayfarers, they leaked at a seam about 6 trips in. Fixed that but the other day they were leaking in 3 different places in the seams....

Yep, spraying for black flies. Not a fan of that, personally.

Guess I won't have any blackflies then...

But if I sprout an extra appendege or ones start falling off there will be problems.

Bings, just curious are the seams on the inside of your legs with those waders?

I have found that legs with seems on the inside tend to leak easily from the seams rubbing together while walking.  Leg seams in the back of the legs are much better no matter what brand.  Allot of companies make waders with seams in both locations depending on the model.

Seams were on the outside of the leg.

First leak was on the seam where the neo feet attached.

The one seemed to be on the seams on the outside of the leg and the other neofoot was leaking at the seam.

I bought them long so bending and crouching mabee wouldn't stretch the seams.

I got the redington cpx waders last year, the seam on the inside of the knee leaked within the first week.  Continued to have seam issues the entire time I have had them.  That was their first year with the new seam design and it seemed to be a common issue.  They have since discontinued that model and released the sonic pro's, I'm assuming it was because of the bad seams on the cpx's.  I'm torn between the zip front sonic pros and the simms g3's right now.  The redingtons were super comfortable and fit perfect but as mentioned the seam design was horrible.

    Nice pics though bings...
