No apology necessary hook.... I plan on playing a few late this week into the weekend... then I am mostly done until it dries up down low... then it is game on.... honestly; I would much rather see a gathering during any time between late october-late february

Hey, I'm in for that one, too. Long range forecast is for a warmer than normal winter. We can hope for a few of  those t-shirt days in the 30's.
Crowd thinning is good, but a little sun sure makes it awesome to be on the river ...

Not much of a secret pa. You only need to stand and look off the bridge with everyone else to see that. Funny little story though. Observed a guy who had a few drinks too many first hook and fight a rock, then fall in up to his neck and struggle to get out while his buddys just stood near him watching him. I guess its every man for himself season.

Stress is just one hookset away from being gone.

Hey Dime- considering no decent rains in SR country the weather is actually OK for the Party weekend. Much cooler for a few days - 60s- and some small rain Thurs eve into Friday. Guess they had a little bit today too.
Best news in a few weeks for any potential action.  Hey- ya gotta have HOPE.
Least its better than 80s and humid.

it was high 80's and humid with water temps in the 70s flowing at 100 cfs 4 years ago at this time... anything is possible yes; they are finned up in the lfz and im sure there are 100 people looking to cram in that parking lot tomorrow... it will be quite a show... regardless; you wont see or hear me complaining about the fishing... the plywood and steel roofing... yeah you might hear some complaints about that... meeting some fish usa board members: there definitely wont be any complaints there... and if the fish dont come; i may take a look off the altmar bridge and if conditions/crowds/ open water all come to some type of common ground; i may TRY to have a little bit of fun in either of the zones for an hour or two...

They are there but not too many of them. In deep north side alone the rocks.
