ok here is my recent fishing report.  over the past week or so i fished the yough, conemaugh, and kiski rivers.  i also fished twin lakes and a small pond near new alexandria.  caught several flatheads (one was 39"), couple nice channel cats, got  a few small white bass, rock bass, and several largemouth.  the only place that i got skunked at was twin lakes.

Personaly, I think it is so quiet because a lot of guys are tired of hearing all of the childish crap that some guys think is worth posting. Some of us are still fishing 4 or 5 times a week but are doing most communicating by P. M.s Sad that it has turned into this. I don't usualy go on other sites, but I guess it probably happens there too.

Yeah I fish every day from 4am-8am on the Allegheny right outside downtown and even the hot days we been catching walleye/sauger/gar/smallmouth/whitebass on lures and carp/cats on boilies. Dont let the heat keep you away. It seems like on hot days fish get super aggressive in the morning and hit anything. I haven't tried the evening/night in a while but its probably the same.

For 1, who has time to go fishing all the time? I wish I had time to go fishing but with work and yard work, I just don't have time. I have only been out a handful of times this year. Been a rough year for me on the fishing front!

I have been trying Keystone PD and the Allegheny River at Freeport, nothing exciting to report but getting a few fish here and there. Nothing of size, but enough.

I agree and that's why I stopped wasting my time posting pics...just not worth it for them to be trolled and then deleted. Good to hear you have been slamming fish. Everything should really start picking up this week, cool temps and rain...

fished the casselman this morning and had a lot of success. many smallmouth and a few rock bass. the size of the rock bass were pretty surprising as they were not dinky as the usually are.

that being said, if i continue to fish the casselman without a pair of wading boots im going to break a friggin ankle. its a great river to fish though.

    Nice feesh.

OH ya also we got this coleman propane grill and wondered if it was legal to cook fish on shore at moraine with it. We did it at our spot and ate those channies right up, man were they good.

i know and im really pumped about it.. weve been getting into some hogs lately. went out the other night and it was really slow. but cant complain about that. a bad day fishing is better than a good day at work. but with the weather looking awsome for the next few days im sure we will get into a few nice channies and if were lucky we'll land a striper or two.
