Deep Creek Lake

I know this is a PA board, but does anyone fish Deep Creek Lake? Any reports?

    I'm headed down there in a few weeks. I'd be interested in some information myself...

    I went to deep creek two weeks ago, for vacation, fish at night back in coves or off the bridges. Dont even attempt to fish during the day, go out and drink some brews.
    We fished a couple of feeder streams and were able to hook into a couple a nice brown trout.

    Pink Snapper can often be caught from a fast boat with margaritas at Honi-Honi Bar

    There is a forum for Deep Creek. Can't remember the name. FishDeepCreek or something like that. I'm going in a couple weeks myself if I find the forum I'll post it.Last year at this time the fishing was slow. i ended up chasing pike in the coves.

    Fished there a number of times mainly looking for walleyes, did ok fishing the left side near the 0219 bridge in about 25-30' pulling harnesses with bottom bouncers.  Might be able to get perch drifting a little deeper, jigging spoon bite won't start until the water cools down.  Take a lot of $$$ for launch fee
