    well it all depends on the weater mostly the rain.with the mostly dry summer it more then likely wont happen anytime soon.

    campgrounds really have nothing to do with it as the lake is not made for recreation.meaning if needed it will be raised and stay that way for however long needed.as far as dropping it the water the water index chart is always dated for the week of november 20 for the winter pool levels. although it all comes down to how much rain falls in the fall if we get alot then the lake drop means nothing.hope this helps your question.

    The water idex chart date is what I was looking for, thanks.  Last year the water dropped (to much for me), to soon, couldn't get to my duck spots.  I have to adjust my getting to the lake times when the lake is low.      Thanks again.

    Last year the docks were pulled by Oct.13 and the lake was down 3'.
    It was a dry fall as we who fished the one fly remember.

    mika your right it was a low last year actually only one foot less higher in the fall then it was in august.she makes the boaters have the boats out by october 1st
