greenlick

Couldn't believe my eyes on the way there Sat. eve. & just after saying how things seemed to calm down there. Right along the highway were signs advertiseing a (cornhole festival) in that area sometime this month.Needless to say I was a little jumpy fishing in the dark that nite by myself. I know that we are supposed to be P.C.,But REALLY !! sam

Really? Why?  Call a spade a spade.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely. The closer we adhere to the Holy Bible and the US Constitution (as it was written) the closer we get to the model that made America great. The great American experiment worked, human nature just got in the way.

At some of the local flea markets I've seen quite a few signs where cornhole boards were for sale.  I guess the slang tern for the word has changed over the years.  I know the first time I saw it I did a touble take.

Man, where have you guys been?

Cornhole, horseshoes, and ladderball: staples of every modern day backyard picnic/bbq.

I have been w_horing out my steelers cornhole board and ladder ball game to the neighbors for their parties/picnics for the last couple years. Wish they wouldn't be so cheap and buy their own! As long as they have beer and I'm invited, I guess I don't mind too much though...

Well, To be honest with you, between Hunting & fishing,or reading about hunting or fishing & riding around looking for places to hunt or fish, I don,t have time or intrest in any other outdoor sports.I can hardly wait for Sunday football, because that means after 1pm there will be less people fishing & more peace & quiet for me(da## those cell-phones). sam
