Please be understanding of the need for this folks, arranging a large get together means a lot of prep work for the location. It's only fair that we provide them an accurate head count to set up for. I plan to do a confirmation contact probably 2 or 3 wks prior to the event for final count. That time frame will depend on how much notice Crowley's wants

OK folks... less than a week to go...

I sent out PM's to those signed up above for confirmations. Basically, I only need replies if something changed and you or the number of guests is different.

The only one who I couldn't contact is Mr Twister, it says your PM box is full!!

If you didn't get a PM check and make sure you were added to the list ( or I may have missed you in my attempts to do the '5 at a time PMs)
