Bottom Repair

I need to get about a 12" diameter fiberglass repair for my 20' Thompson. Is there a reliable place within a 50 mile radius of Meadville? The repair area is under the front-center roller on my Shorelander 8 roller trailer so I can't get to the repair area. Had the boat at an Erie shop for the past 6 weeks. They apparently lost their glass repair person but didn't let me know. Are boat repair places basically unreliable? This is my second bad experience, Conneaut Lake now Erie!!

    Did you check with the auto body shops ? Glass repair is common as a lot of autos are glass such as some truck beds. I'm betting they can roll that boat back far enough to do a repair while still on the trailer. Won't hurt to check around and good luck !

    Bluntman is over in Hartstown.  He does everything from stringers total hull rebuilds.  He may be able to have you in the water by the weekend. PM me if you want his number..
