San Juan Worm =

I'd be interested in buying a few

if someone would be willing to tie them and sell me some

How long are they ? can't really tell by pictures on the internet ?

    ? I just cought 78 rainbows, 34 browns, 7 carp and 45 blue gills on them yesterday in two hours. Cant catch em at home.

    I don't tie any more but when I did they were usually one to two inches long. Smaller the hook, the shorter the worm. I did tie some close to three inches when I was in a bass pond or stream but never any longer than that. Floating French Creek the past couple of weeks I noticed a lot of those green inch worms coming down from the trees. I used to tie and fish them as well so you might want to try them too. Yes, they are green and tied an inch long, probably a size 18 hook would work. If you have access to a vise, these are easy to tie.

    lots of san juan worms on ebay. type in steelhead flies and go from there.
