PYMA kinda interesting

fished pymatuning 25th and 26th. bite seems to be slowing down a bit, but still doing pretty well. ten hours of fishing, caught about 12-14 walleye one was 25 inches all the others were sub-legal. caught some nice smallmouth, perch, and lots of cats. here is what got my attention. we had 3 fish in the livewell and after about an hour, i opened it up to see how the fish were doing, and to my surprise there were four fish in there. one was dead, REAL dead. the 26 inch catfish must have thrown up an 8 inch walleye from its belly. i have found things in the livewell in the past, but nothing like this. i thought it was kinda interesting.

wow. that is weird. don't eat the small eye. it's not legal. can you be ticketed for an undersized walleye?

If you catch a 18 inch small mouth bass with a 1/8 oz blueish white Rooster Tail hooked in it's mouth, please return the lurer.  I caught it last night and after I measured it, it started flopping around and it dropped back into the lake. The line got tangled up in the weeds before breaking off. I was going to let it go anyways.

    sounds like a catfish ambush!

I would assume you can be ticketed for an undersized walleye.  After all if you don't have a trout stamp, catch a trout, and it doesn't recover, you can be ticketed.  A real dock move in my opinion.  Sometimes you just have pretend it just never happened!
