Small Streams

Are there any good streams in the Cochranton area with good populations of baitfish? Creek chubs, shiners, whatever?

    I assume any stream as long as it's not polluted will hold some variety of baitfish.  Minnow trap or siege net will do. I would identify and then collect according to PA laws. I can't see anyone giving you precise directions on where to go.  Just drive down to said spot and look around.
