Yellow Creek Lake

Got out today, saw a few boats out also.  Water temps were 74-76, really hot it seems...  Wanted to go after the pike with maybe the lucky hit of a musky but got skunked.. fished from 7-11am, fished one of the coves really hard in 8ft of water with nice looking weeds and nothing, also tried weed edges/weeds in other spots.  It was my first time there, and was hoping for just some pike action as people compare it to high point where I've caught 10-15 pike a day... bummed!

    Fished the lake with some fellow baitfisherman from 5 to dark and caught nothing.Was just an off day.Water is very warm.Wetwaded into at least 4 ft. of water.
