Got Arch ???

Took an "old" friend bass fishin the other day. Its been awhile since we hooked up. She performed pretty good for an ole girl. Ive had her around for 27 years and she has seen better days. With a little fading , few of the eyes showing their age , and the wraps unwinding she done well. Caught some nice bass on her and really tested her age old strength when I accidentally snagged a big carp. 

To be honest.... I took her along to see if it wouldnt break

Shes a keeper !!!

    Looks like you had a temporary Trolling Motor

    Those old Glass Blanks were hard to break

    Deetz put the brakes on that fish. He held the spool and wouldn't let the fish take any line....literally trying to snap the rod, so he could justify (to the wifee) buying a new one. I told him to keep it. It's bad arse....old school fer sure.
