shenango resevoir spillway

It was brought to my attention that i shouldve posted this in this forum rather than the southwest one so this is kind of a repost. Sorry. Any one know what the spillway looks like? Im just about 60 miles away so I don't want to waste a trip if its unfishable. I haven't been there yet this year but wanna go soon. Which ports (or whatever you wanna call them) are open? Most times I've been there its number 4 (the one in the middle) but have fished wen 1, 4, and 7 have been open. Any input would be much apreciated! Thanks fellas.

I was there this morning and all 7 gates were open. Only caught some crappie and a pike, which is weird cuz I usually always get a bunch of white bass, walleye, and some trout mixed in.

You can call the info line @724-962-4384. They update the discharge information daily. I generally won't even consider fishing there unless there are less than 4 open to 1 foot each. Even then it is higher than normal. However, I primarily fish for trout and smallies, so a little less water works better for me.
