Keystone State Park

Anyone been there lately? I haven't seen any posts. I'm curious about Pike being in the lake. Has anybody heard of one being caught there? The biologist report from 2009 lists 3 Tigers being caught, but no Pike. The home page for Keystone says they are in there. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I know there's some nice Tigers in there because the commish screwed up back in the late 90s and dumpped some tigers in there.  As for Pike, I don't really know about that.  If you want Pike and are up that way just go off on 981 and head to Conemaugh.  There's some nice Pike in the river from the tailwaters down stream, i've lost 2 nice ones and a buddy of mine caught a 30" last summer in the evening.

keystone was last stocked with muskies in 2003 and 2004. so how many of those fish are still in there is anybody's guess, i wouldnt think that there are many left. as for pike, i havent seen or caught one out there in years. last one i caught out of there was more that ten years ago and it was maybe 10" long.
