SOMERSET LAKE HELP PLZ.

You can fish almost anywhere around really and catch the "big" one.  There's some nice fish in there just have to find them.  As for places, i've done good at the pier/jetty near the middle launch and i've done good up at the deck near the Regional PFBC office building.  And i've caught some nice crappie outta the outflow. 

Turn left after getting off the pike on N. Center ave.  Go past about 4 red lights and turn right at Lake Road.  After cresting the hill turn left at the Ambulance building and that will take you to the upper launch which in my opinion is easier to launch.  There is another launch at the upper end of the lake but it is a long way to back down.  Deepest part of the lake I've found is about 17 feet.  Visibility may be about 2 foot this year.

I fished it this morning and only caught a small channel cat and a short walleye and some smaller pan fish.  Two fellows were getting some decent size crappies and I heard of a couple other walleye caught.  It was fairly windy there today.
