Loyalhanna/Conemaugh

Anyone been to the tail waters of either of these 2 lakes lately?  (Within the past 3-5 days?)   Thinking to go smallie pool hunting on monday with the gf at Loyalhanna if she's up to it and walking cardio hill.   If not there then the new bridge at Tunnelton, has anyone fished there and done well lately?  It looks like they cut the bank and made it pretty accessable on the Pump Station Rd side.  Any info would be appriciated.  I have already been watching the gauges at the USGS site and they look about normal just was wondering if anyones gone down and done good on smallies, largemouth, cats, or even eyes (variants...)

I'm guessing Cardio Hill is the hill behind the Dam? If so, that is a perfect name. My legs are still screaming from when I fished there 2 years ago.

Na, Cardio hill is the one that goes to the tailwaters of the Loyalhanna...  Everytime you climb it you get the monthly recommended amount of Cardio needed... lol  Even though the path to the tailwaters of the Conemaugh are bad the one at Loyalhanna just suck****espically when you are wearing waders and got you vest/rod >.<  when it's a hot/humid June morning and you're fishing for smallies.
