Smallies in the rain

Went to my local lake to try for some Smallies in the rain today.

They were pounding topwaters, missed better than a dozen and landed a couple hogs.

Had one Musky follow to the boat but couldn't get a strike out of him.

I think I'll try and remember my rain pants next time.
