Yough?

I'm trying to do some fishing in that area tomorrow and Saturday with my son. I was just wondering if the Yough was fly-fishable below the dam, as well as below the confluence of the Cassleman. I see it's running at around 1700 cfs but I don't have any reference as to what that translates to in conditions. Thanks.

The way it's rainin here now youre biggest problem is going to be the Casselman backing up the Yough., creating the tailrace pond

Below the dam is good when the discharge is around 600. Check out the Casselman also. If the Casselman is high it backs up the water and even at a discharge of 600 the fishing is tough for flyfishig.
