5/22...... two goals finally acheived

went out hoping to catch my first fish on a dry fly sunday.... things were not looking too good early with one rise and a miss..... so we decided to hit some small streams and try some more....... arrived to the stream to find that it was about to rain so i threw on the rain coat and walked down to the stream..... had a couple risers but still no hook ups..... went downstream a little ways and bang!..... first fish on a dry........ wild rainbow



so after playing in the rain we decided to take another drive further into the wilderness and did a little walking........ same fly i get another taker and its a native...... first ever native brookie and second fish on a dry.... boy was it a good day for me



and one more brookie to finish the day off at three fish on a dry
