Conneaut Lake Public Launch

I remember someone posting that they were closing the public launch.  Has the launch been closed?  Thanks.

    what is the talk bout them closing it? is there a reason..... jw surely the town has enough money the other launch isnt that great either  o well ...

    hopefully they leave it its nice to have two places to put in at... lot of traffic in the summer too

    Was fine the 4 times I launched there this week. Remember to keep your motor up as high as you can. Keep weight forward and go slow until you are over deeper water.. The mouth of the inlet is very shallow.

    How's the fishing?  I'm thinking of heading over that way this weekend for a morning adventure...I want to get on some toothy critters preferably casting for them any info greatly appreciated pm will do...thanks

    hope u get into some pike man done good with black and silver bucktails in the past... dont work everytime tho big ones prolly a lil deeper cuz its been warm

    The panfishing was great last weekend. All the storms lately have kinda shut that down. Still catching some but sparadic.
