Musky at Greenlick

The other day my buddy caught two musky in Greenlick.Anyone else ever caught any of these there? Also any catch any catfish of any size there.Wanting to take the boat somewhere but from my past of fishing this place has always sucked.

Must be a better class of fishermen or fishermen with looser lips fishing there now. I have been fishing there for 10-15 yrs & never heard of or saw a musky caught until 2 yrs ago when I saw that ice fishing video.Since the 2 that were caught looked to be undersized I am hoping they were tossed back & may be the ones that were caught recently. Since they were Tiger Musky & are sterile & the PFC bioligist from the area assured me that the PFC did not stock them in the 18 yrs that he has been in charge of this area. I wonder why they are showing up now. My guess is that they were caught when they were smaller at Bridgeport Lake by the locals & transported to Greenlick. The PFC does stock Musky at Bridgeport.BTW There were more people at Greenlick than I have ever seen there on Sat. Although a lot of them were there for a wedding, a lot of them were responding to all of the publicity on the lake lately, the lack of weeds this year has helped the fishing, but is certainly putting a thump on the panfish. sam
