The Presque Isle Rake

Last night I sent out a mass text message for a required meeting of  "Team Snagr" The turn out was a definite "who's who" amongst the snagging community.

Seven or eight of us in a row...rippin' cleos...callin it "The Presque Isle Rake."

From the time we stepped foot in the water....we crushed fish all day....literally.  Four times we had 4 guys with simultaneous fish. Twice we had five guys hooked up at the same time. We caught multiple species....all sizes....and had an absolute blast.

Thanks Team Snagr...c ya at the next meeting.

More pics to follow I'm sure

Bulldog Hooks up...this is as close as he would allow me to get....

I saved the best for last...Biggest fish was supposed to buy lunch...this duud owes at lunch AND dinner at the next meeting:

Probably wasn't us. VP had multiple leaks in his boots....and was done by 9. Last time we were out.... he was climbing trees....didn't think much of it until he was swamped this morning. He already outgrows boots by the day....and now holes?  He really hung in there tho...duuds with "Unleaky boots" had to get out of the water to gain circulation

That's a custom built pike rod....only available in China

Today was the most fun fishin I've had in a long arse time....every duud there I consider to be one of the best fisherman....more importantly...one of the funniest duuds I know....Both for individual reasons.....

My freekin stomach and face hurt....fer reel

IThey sure can,t get much more ups and down here. I,m ready for a big Vacation!!
First thing this morning I spill a mug of coffee on my cp desk.
If yours looks like mine there are papers , pictures, important papers.
Then I see a dripping cell phone.
Ok. I ,m still on track and head to my sisters house to get some stuff that
was my mothers to give to my daughter. First turn, coffee I hads in the holder goes all over my leg.
    Day is starting off good!
Get back home and break out the pistol to give the wife a reresher.
The water pump keeps coming on...
Go inm basement to show the wife how to shut the water off , just in case,
she says whats thart water on the floor?
    Dang water tank leaking.
    I smile. Cause I love it.lol

Ok I have a few more pics but I will refrain from giving away all the goods I got a foe real pic of Bulldog. Unless he agrees to the post I wont post it so Its all up to you bulldog

Let me just say there was no intentions of "snagging" fish at all, ever, but there were so many different species of fish where we were it was almost impossible not to "snag a few. Amazing to see what comes out of one area/body of water.

    In no particular order

I stayed for 1 more hour after everyone left and changed up gear and found 26 of these yummy feeshes.

    Cats on da spoon

    Game on !!!!!!!!

These shad were slimy-er and stinky-er than chromers and everywhere.

    Hope you enjoyed

Man, you guys sure know how to catch fish. That other spot on the bay about 6 miles further was heating up nicely. See you in the evenings over there.
