They're moon-eyes. You should have seen them along the slips by the
dock in the 50's and 60's. Y'all would be thinking Apocalypse.

i agree with the natural die off opinion...every year the same thing...especially after a long ice season like this one

Anyone remember the hot water out flow behind what use to be Penelec?? They use to scoop out thousands of dead mooneye every year.
