Hauler accused of dumping wastewater all over region

Just saw this article in the Post-Gazette today and thought it was interesting.  This guy was running a waste water disposal business and dumping fracking water all over the region in Allegheny, Fayette, Greene, Lawrence, Washington and Westmoreland counties without even treating it, just to increase his profits. 

I'm sure glad they caught this guy.  I just wander how much he profited on it compared to what his fines will end up being and how wide spread this is.

    Makes you wonder how many other companies with waste water , chemicals just dump back roads  ect. to put more cash in their pockets ?

    If he is found guilty there needs to be jail time. Usually the fines are jokes when it come to the money they make and save by pulling these stunts.

    The heck with the fines, if he's found guilty they should chop his junk off and let him bleed out!

    I just would like to know how often this happens.  Did you ever go down the road and see a line of wet on the road??  What would make that??

    Yet another reason why the state needs a monitoring system for all of his water. Biologists have to report every fish, bug and amphibian that they deal with every year in order to renew their scientific collecting permits, yet the drillers and waste hauling companies have very little accountability for what they are doing. I know that the water handling is a much larger scale operation than scientific sampling, but it also has the potential to be environmentally devastating.

    I do lots of work in Greene and Washington county and the number of trucks this scumbag has (had) on the roads makes me really concerned with just how much water was being illegally dumped. Personally, I think the guy should be bankrupted with fines and thrown in jail. Most likely, he'll get a laughable fine and be set free.
