Older Mont.Wards 4hp. motor in very nice shape, has not been run for 7 years, no nicks on prop or signs of abuse on shaft, comes with motor stand and mounting bracket that has never been out of the box. After sitting this long I would assume the water impeler needs replaced and carb needs cleaned, it was used a few times a year on a 12 ft. aluminum boat by a older gentleman.
