Muddy Creek Boat Launch/Susquehanna Launches

Has anyone launched their boat at Muddy Creek on the Susquehanna? What are the conditions like? Avg. depth, how far one can travel up or down with boat, etc. I wasn't able to find much information on the internet. Just looking to start fishing the Susquehanna with my 16' Tracker DV with 40hp. I live near the PA/MD line. Thank you for any information on this or other boat launches nearby on the Susquehanna.
