Creeks low and clear

Most of the streams in Berks County are low and clear....the wild trout streams of the Oley Valley are just a mere trickle........
 
Manatawny Creek has water in it---but it isn't moving all that much !!!
It is still fishable and temps are in the mid 60's
 
Reading reports that the Tully is a mess-----water release ramped up and it is warmer water----TCO fly shop stream conditions page for the tully
