smallmouth in the creeks

has the smallies started up in the creeks yet?? im headed up for the weekend and gonna give them a try. maybe head out on the EJ for a day.

    little late, they were in there thick a month ago. still should be a few.
    dont try 16 mile.

    Also some in the east side streams. ALOT of suckers also, some of the biggest Ive ever seen. Sucker Fest '10 baby! There seems to have been a better run of suckers than steelhead in twenty this year. Deetz knows whats up.

    ive been up in july a few times and kot some smallies, but most were gone by then.
